I am a licensed associate counselor, certified clinical hypnotherapist in public service, and a certified dream analyst. We can work together in one of these ways or in a combination of them.  I have a Masterís Degree in Education and a Masterís Degree in Counseling.  I am member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, National board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, National Guild of Hypnotists, American Psychological Association, Arkansas Psychological Association, and The American Psychoanalytic Association.

Regarding hypnotherapy, I use this approach to address smoking, weight loss, and other unwanted behaviors. I also use it to help people struggling with anxiety, anger, stress, overall health and wellness management, and phobias.  I also use hypnotherapy to help clients better understand their dreams, to re-enter their dreams through the use of guided imagery, and to over-come nightmares. I have been a high school teacher for 18 years and I also use hypnotherapy combined with traditional therapeutic approaches to assist adolescents deal with issues they face in the school setting.
